2. Description of Service
Mahjong Card Studio provides tools to design, customize, and print and generate mahjong-themed custom card layouts, design templates, and practice tools. All design and printing functionality runs locally on your device or app. No account is required.
3. User Content
Any content you create using the App (including card designs, text, and images) is yours. You retain full ownership and responsibility for your creations. We do not claim any rights over user-generated content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to create content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the App for any commercial printing service without permission. You further agree that the App is intended strictly for educational, personal practice, and casual entertainment purposes. The App does not facilitate, encourage, or process real-money wagering or gambling. Users assume all responsibility for ensuring that their private, real-world use of any printed materials generated by the App complies fully with all applicable state, local, and national gaming regulations.

Furthermore, while the App strives to provide balanced and unique numerical matrices for practice, the App Owner makes no guarantees regarding the absolute mathematical accuracy or flawless synchronization of the generated cards. The App Owner is not responsible or liable for any real-world gameplay disputes, tournament disqualifications, or personal wagering outcomes resulting from typographical or layout errors within the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahjong Card Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App owner is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Compatibility & Disclaimer
This app is an independent practice tool and custom card generator designed for fans of American-style Mahjong. It is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) or any official Mahjong tournament organization. All custom game cards, themed variants, and scoring mechanics featured in this app are original alternative rulesets created solely for entertainment and personal practice purposes.

14. User Conduct & App Use
This application is provided on an "as-is" basis for casual gaming, learning, and skill practice. The developer reserves the right to modify gameplay balance, correct typographical errors on card lines, or restrict access to any user engaging in abusive behavior, application modification, or disruption of the user community.
